Duikvaker

Duikvaker is the meeting point for divers and snorkelers with suppliers from the diving industry. Duikvaker is organized in Expo Houten and has many thousands of visitors and exhibitors every year. Due to Corona, it will not be possible to organize the fair in 2021 as we have been used to for more than 28 years. The meeting point remains. On 6 and 7 February on Duikvaker.VirtualXpo.nl. On this page we would like to tell you more about the possibilities that VirtualXpo.nl offers to exhibitors and visitors.

What can you experience on VirtualXpo.nl?

 

  • You can visit stands
  • Follow presentations
  • Search for travel destinations, dive equipment, training, dive shop, dive schools and contact an exhibitor directly via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for more information.

Entrance

During Duikvaker VirtualXpo you enter the virtual exhibition building. From there you will be received in the theater. You will be welcomed in the theater and we will explain what is possible on Duikvaker VirtualXpo.

Theater

If you are inside, we will receive you in the theater. You will be welcomed there and we will explain what is possible on Duikvaker VirtualXpo.

Floor plan

Each exhibitor has its own stand on the map. The exhibitors are divided into different halls. There is a hall for Diving, Travel & Tourism and Underwater World.

 

If you click on the stand with your mouse, you will be redirected to the exhibitor's stand. 

The score

Each exhibitor has its own, unique stand with:

 

  • Roll up banner for announcements
  • Banner in the booth
  • Video on the TV screen
  • Logo on the counter
  • Name on the frieze frame

In the exhibitor's stand you can:

  • Get in direct contact with an exhibitor via Zoom or Teams
  • Download brochures

Events

Presentations are an important part of Dive More VirtualXpo. Exhibitors give presentations about photography, flora and fauna, training courses, travel destinations, etc. Of course, the organization of Duikvaker also provides interesting presentations from speakers worldwide. And the theme tables of Duiken in Beeld will not be missing.

You can follow the presentations every day that the VirtualXpo is open. Did you miss a presentation? No point. All presentations can be viewed later from the archive.

 

Exhibitor list

The exhibitor list can be searched accurately. You can filter very accurately by products, location, etc.

Opening

VirtualXpo opens 2 weeks before the start. From that moment on you can prepare for your virtual exhibition visit. Add stands to your favorites list and schedule your favorite presentations in your calendar. All contact buttons are active during the exhibition days. Then you can contact our exhibitors for 2 days. Afterwards, virtualxpo will remain open until September 1.

How can you participate?

Do you want to participate in VirtualXpo? Then sign up. We will send you the login details by e-mail. After you have logged in, you can set up your stand via the exhibitor dashboard.

 

During the exhibition days, visitors can contact you via e-mail, whatsapp, Teams or Zoom. Make sure you are available on these days to answer questions immediately.
