XRE 860-R: ALL METALSUB QUALITIES IN A SMART VERSION

This latest type of XRE is the most compact Metalsub hand lamp, and yet a lot more powerful than its predecessors. Due to its compact size, this is a suitable backup lamp for, for example, cave divers, who would like to have an extra lamp that can take a beating. But due to its large light output of 850 lumen, this is of course also a perfect primary dive light.

This lamp weighs only 240 grams above water, making it ideal for air travel. In addition, for convenience, this dive light can be charged like a smartphone using the included USB cable.

Of course, this lamp is also a real Metalsub in everything: made of the best kind of aluminum, provided with a rock-solid anodizing layer that meets the strictest American military requirements and with a pressure relief valve to discharge any excess battery gas.

PROPERTIES

• The front glass is made of hardened glass and the reflector is designed in such a way that it produces a nice, even spot beam.
• Like all Metalsub lamps, this lamp is also dimmable between 10 and 100% and equipped with a possibility to emit an SOS light signal.
• This lamp is equipped with an NMC battery, which makes it rechargeable. It will burn for 1.5 hours on a full charge.

REMOVABLE BATTERY

The battery of the XRE1250 is located separately from the housing, making it easy to remove from the lamp. This gives the advantage that an extra battery can be purchased. This way you always have an extra charged battery at hand and you can dive twice longer with the lamp. In addition, disconnecting and storing the battery in the supplied cannister is a very safe option during air travel.

LIGHT OUTPUT

The enormous light output of 1250 lumens is coupled with a slim and compact size with a low weight. This lamp comes with a handy wireless charging station and 12V Car Adapter.

• It is equipped with a handy color LED that indicates how much remaining burning time the lamp has left by means of the colors green-orange-red.

LOAD

The XRE1250 is equipped with a unique wireless charging station. To charge it, nothing needs to be opened: you simply place the lamp vertically in the charging station and charging starts. So no cables and charging plugs. For completeness, a 12V Car Adapter is also included, so that the lamp can also be charged in the car in the parking lot of a distant dive site.
